Nursing Assistant Training Program

Should you consider training to be a Nurse Assistant?

  • Does being of service to others and making a difference motivate you?

  • Do others thank you for your compassion and caring?

  • Can you commit to a work schedule that includes weekends, holidays and shifts?

If you can say “yes” to the above, healthcare may be right for you, and training as a Nurse Assistant may be the first step.

Nurse Assistants play a crucial role in resident care, and they’re a valued part of the Christ The King Manor team!

A career as a Nursing Assistant or CNA is a rewarding profession that allows you to build relationships and strong bonds with residents whom you care for. Elderly residents can have difficulties with common daily tasks, like bathing and eating. As you help them complete these activities, you will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment as you truly do make a difference in the lives of others.

Our no-cost Nurse Assistant Training Program can prepare you for a rewarding career that gives you the opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of others.

Our 120-hour state-approved Nursing Assistant training program is specifically designed for nursing assistants who intend to work for Christ the King Manor. It prepares you for the federally mandated Nursing Assistant Certification exam while allowing you to work with older adults. Our program lasts 18 days, Monday through Friday from 7A-3P and is held three to four times throughout the year.

As these classes fill up fast and require an extensive pre-hire process, we recommend you complete the NA Questionnaire. See the button below.
