January Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to Tawnya Dean for being Christ the King Manor's first Employee of the Month heading into the new year! Tawnya works with our PC Team as a Medical Technician, and she has been a constant uplift for the facility since joining us in August. She is a great team player, works over when needed, pays close attention to detail, and is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents. The PC Team was lucky to add her, and we would like to once again congratulate Tawnya as 2022's first Employee of the Month.
February Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our February Employee of the Month, Connie Walker! Connie has been a valued member of our Home Support Team since 2014, and her dedication to her clients is second to none. We receive weekly compliments about her, and she's always willing to help out other team members at a moment's notice. We are proud to have an employee that represents everything we stand for as a caregiver and coworker. She empowers all those she works with to lead full and dignified lives. Thank you for your incredible example of what an employee should be, and congratulations.
March Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our February Employee of the Month, Marlene Godak! Marlene is one of our wonderful receptionists that meet and greet everyone who enters the Manor. She is an absolute delight to work with, and her positivity radiates to her teammates. Marlene was nominated for her great attitude, flexibility in covering shifts, and for stepping up to volunteer with our residents. They love talking to her throughout the day, and she even comes in on her evenings off to assist our Dietary Team in transporting residents back to their rooms after dinner. Thank you to an employee that is a constant reminder of the dedication, compassion, and helpfulness needed to make CTKM truly feel like a home away from home. Congratulations, and thanks for everything, Marlene!
April Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, Nataliya Aponte! Nataliya is a member of our Housekeeping Team, and she's truly second to none. She has a great attitude that radiates out to all who cross her path. She's an exemplary coworker, and she always takes time to make sure all our residents days are brighter. She was nominated for her dedication to her work and her willingness to help new employees. Nataliya offered to help new employees coming from Ukraine, her birth country. She will assist with any language barriers, and her positive presence will help them transition to life in the United States. Thank you for all you do, each and every day, to make Christ the King Manor the best place to live and work. Congratulations on a very well deserved honor, Nataliya!

of the Month
Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Jenna Roach! Jenna is one of the dedicated members of our nursing team. As an LPN, she sets the example for care and kindness for all those around her. Any time you have a question, she's the one with an answer. She's quick to help others without a second thought, she genuinely takes interest in all of the residents she cares for, and she strives to be a shining example of consistent excellence. She goes above and beyond her duties, which makes her one of the best nurses you'll find. Congratulations on a very well deserved and earned recognition as our Employee of the Month!
June Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Emily Waltman! Emily completed our Nurse Aide Training Program, and she'll soon be off to complete her Licensed Practical Nursing Apprenticeship Program at Jeff Tech. She is a fantastic example for anyone looking to progress their career at CTKM. Using our available education, she's progressing towards her nursing career dreams. She has incredible work ethic, she's always there to help her team, and she's wonderful to her residents. She makes CTKM better each and every shift. Her success story is one of many, but she's truly one of a kind to work with. Congratulations once again for a hard earned and well-deserved award as our Employee of the Month!
July Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Shelby Yeaney! Shelby is one of the cornerstones of our entire Dietary Team. Without her leadership, experience, and expertise, we couldn't provide the excellent care we strive to each and every day. Shelby is in her ninth year as a Dietary Aide. Her coworkers and supervisor couldn't sing her praises enough in her nomination. She is universally beloved in the department and beyond, and her team came to surprise and support her when she was recognized. We preach family and teamwork at CTKM, and there's no better example of that than Shelby and our Dietary Team. Congrats once again to Shelby, our July Employee of the Month!
August Employee
of the Month
Michele Reynolds' client hadn't been feeling well for weeks. Living alone in Brookville, the client turned to her caregiver, her "angel," to help explain her symptoms. The client's sense of smell wasn't as keen as it once was, but Michele unmistakably found the source of her discomfort - there was a natural gas leak in the house. Michele contacted professionals to fix the leak, which could have created an explosion in the basement at any time. Michele is part of Christ the King Manor's award-winning Home Support Division, but she's truly one of a kind. "I just do the best I can," Reynolds said. Her heroism and humility are just part of what makes her an outstanding part of the team. She's reliable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond for her clients. September Employee
of the Month
Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Donna Kosko! Donna is a jack-of-all-trades for our PC Team. She is a Personal Care Aide, but her flexibility and skills allow her to help every department. She always picks up extra shifts, and she's an excellent mentor for all of our new staff. Her smile and attitude are what truly endears her to her coworkers and residents. She gives them all the one-on-one time and attention they need. She makes everyone laugh and makes life brighter. Her optimism draws our residents to her, and we've never received a single complaint about her excellent care. Thank you for helping to guide our new employees through your training and shining example. Congrats on a very well-deserved recognition!

Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Lynn Frantz! Lynn is critical to our care for our residents as part of our Dietary Team. She is a force of positivity and happiness for her coworkers and residents. She radiates joy in the workplace, which is irreplaceable. Her work ethic drives others to be their best, and she's always picking up anyone who is down. She goes out of her way to help others, even coming in to help on her days off. Her team knows that her work will be completed on time to perfection every time, which helps everyone on her team thrive. We are beyond blessed to have such a dedicated, hard-working, and enthusiastic employee in our Dietary Team. Thank you for all you do, and congrats on your hard-earned award!
