Question: Why is Christ the King Manor Lifting the mask mandate?
Answer: With COVID-19 community transmission levels declining we believe it is time to lift the mask mandate.
Question: Who is impacted by this decision to lift the mask mandate?
Answer: This decision will affect all residents, families, visitors and staff members of CTKM.
Question: Are there areas where masks are still mandatory?
Answer: Yes. Masking will continue to be mandatory in COVID-19 resident care areas or who are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test. Masks are still strongly recommended in areas caring for moderate to severely immunocompromised residents.
Question: What if I am experiencing cold like symptoms or have be exposed to COVID-19?
Answer: Staff members who are experiencing cold like symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 will wear mask until cleared.
Question: Will the general public be able to come to the Chapel?
Answer: No. The Chapel will be utilized only for residents and families of CTKM, we will not open to general public.
Question: Are families/visitors permitted to sit in Main Dining room with their loved one?
Answer: Yes. We ask limit of two individuals otherwise you can make arrangements with our receptionist to use our private dining area.
